All items are shipped within 24 hours of order payment receipt, except; on weekends, as mutually agreed, during high-volume periods such as holiday and promotion periods, or as may be otherwise stated.
Free pick-up (click and collect) is available from our Prestons NSW Warehouse. Please contact us to confirm stock is available prior to your arrival. You will need to present a government-issued I.D., for all prepaid pick-ups.
Should you choose free pick-up and your item is not in stock at our Prestons warehouse, a free stock transfer is available (for most items). Stock transfers occur on a weekly basis and will require additional handling time.
Items can be combined to reduce shipping costs.
Some remote areas will incur additional shipping charges. These include, but are not limited to; N.T., Far North QLD, and remote W.A. If you live in a remote area, please contact us to confirm whether additional shipping charges will apply to your order.

RETURNS
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
No problem! You may return or exchange any product within 30 days, as long as the item is in resalable condition and is returned in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%. This also applies to orders cancelled during transit. If your original purchase price includes shipping, please contact us to confirm the original shipping cost. A refund, credit or replacement will be issued after we have received the package and confirm the item is in a resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 30 days of receiving the item.
